Why grant this permission?

Happeo admins can grant analytics permission to empower designated individuals, such as data analysts or communication managers, to gain deep insights into how Happeo is used within the organization. Previously, access to the analytics page was only available to platform admins. This change allows select users to track key metrics, identify areas of success and improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance user engagement and communication.

Who can have the analytics permission?

Happeo administrators have analytics permission by default and can grant them to regular users. When granted, regular users gain access to the 'Analytics' section within the Admin Settings (accessible by clicking their avatar in Happeo's main navigation).

How to give a user analytics permission

As an admin, to grant a regular user analytics permission:

  1. Click your avatar from Happeo’s main navigation
  2. Select Admin Settings
  3. Go to User Management
  4. Search for the user you want to give analytics permissions to
