Instead of searching through channels or waiting for emails, you can see what's changed directly from your platform. This helps you and your team adopt new capabilities faster and ensures everyone stays aligned on how Happeo works.
Within your platform, What's New is available only to admins through the avatar menu. However, anyone can view the same updates by visiting the standalone page at updates.happeo.com/en.

3. How to access What's New
You can access What's New in two ways:
From within your platform:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of your platform.
- Select What's New from the menu.
- A sidebar opens on the right side of your screen showing recent updates.
From the standalone page:
- Visit updates.happeo.com/en directly, or
- Click the "What's new on Happeo" header at the top of the in-app sidebar to open the full standalone version.
🗒 Note: The standalone page shows the same content as the in-app version but in a larger format. Both versions offer the same search and filtering capabilities.
4. How to use What's New
Browse recent updates
Scroll through the feed to see the most recent features and improvements. Each update shows:
- A brief description of what’s new or changed.
- A tag indicating whether it's a New feature or an Improvement to existing functionality.
- A Learn More link to the relevant Help Center article (when available).
Search for specific updates
Use the search bar to find specific features or improvements:
- Click the search icon (in-app) or search bar (standalone page).
- Type keywords related to what you're looking for (e.g. "search," "permissions," "notifications").
- Results appear as you type.
💡 Tip: Keep search terms simple and focus on feature names or key capabilities for best results.
Filter by type and time
Narrow down updates by category or time period:
In the in-app version:
- Click the search icon to open the search interface.

Use the filter dropdown to select All, Improvement, or New.
- New: Brand new features added to Happeo.
- Improvement: Enhancements to existing features that make them work better.
- Use the month/year filter to view updates from a specific month. You can select any month from the past year, or choose Older to see updates beyond that timeframe.
On the standalone page:
- Use the filter options in the sidebar on the right.
- Select All, New, or Improvement to filter by type.
- Use the month/year filter to select a specific month or Older for updates from more than a year ago.

Do I get notified when new features are released?
What's New doesn't send automatic notifications, so you'll need to check it manually to see the latest updates. However, if you're part of the Customer Community Channel, you'll see announcements posted there whenever new features are released.
Are all Happeo updates listed in What's New?
What's New focuses on new features and improvements that directly impact how you use Happeo, such as the ability to create multilingual pages or enhancements to the notifications panel. Minor bug fixes and backend improvements aren't typically listed here, though significant fixes may be discussed in the Customer Community Channel if relevant.
How often is What's New updated?
What's New is updated immediately whenever a new feature or improvement is released, so you'll always see the most current information when you check.
