Publish and Unpublish a Page

How to publish and unpublish a Page

All new Pages are unpublished by default and shared only with you.

When you want other people to see your Page:

1. Navigate to a Page Group from the Pages Navigation
2. Select the edit icon at the top-right corner of the page
3. Select Unpublished from the top right corner of the Page Settings
   1. By hovering over the button, the button will change to Publish
4. By clicking the button again, you will unpublish the Page and it will be visible only to the Page Owner, Authors, Editors, and Admin

⚠️ Important: Authors and owners must have edit permission for the page in order to view an unpublished page. If they do not have edit permission, they will receive a 403 error and will not be able to access the content.
