What is Page Review?

Page Review is an AI-driven tool within Happeo Pages 2.0 designed to enhance the findability, readability, and accessibility of your page content. The review assigns it a page score, and provides tailored suggestions to boost its discoverability through Happeo Search.

How it works

  • Automatic activation – The page review will automatically appear for certain cases, such as when certain headings or a page description is missing
  • Page-specific review – The page review will only evaluate the current page you are on/publishing
  • AI-generated suggestions – The page review generates a variety of suggestions, such as:
    • Updating page titles and descriptions
    • Improving section headers
    • Simplifying language and formatting
      • Available for page name, description, page headers and section headers
  • Personalized recommendations – The specific suggestions will vary based on your content, ensuring that each page receives tailored recommendations
    • Note: You may see different suggestions even with the same content
  • Flexible implementation – You have the freedom to accept or ignore these suggestions. Review each suggestion carefully and decide if it aligns with your content goals

Benefits of a high page score

  • Improved search engine visibility – Better findability means more potential readers
  • Enhanced user experience – Clear, concise, and accessible content leads to higher engagement

How to review a page

You can review a page in two ways, while editing and before publishing. Instructions for the former are below.

  1. Navigate to a page group and click the pencil icon to enter the page editor
  2. Click the purple AI button at the top right of the page
  3. The review will display suggestions
  4. Use the left and right arrows to navigate suggestions
  5. Ignore or apply suggestions as needed. Clicking Apply automatically makes changes to your pages based on the suggestion
  6. Close the review by clicking the X button when finished

Note: If you choose to Ignore a suggestion, you can always revisit it later by using the left and right arrows.

FAQ

What happens if I don't address any of the AI's suggestions?

While a high page score generally indicates better findability and readability, not addressing suggestions won't necessarily have severe consequences. However, your page might be less discoverable in Happeo Search, and users may have a harder time understanding or engaging with your content.

Can I customize the review settings or prioritize certain scoring factors?

No, you cannot customize the review settings or prioritize specific scoring factors. It employs a standardized scoring algorithm to ensure consistent evaluations.

Does the page score consider the content within the page body itself (beyond headers and descriptions)?

The review primarily focuses on page names, descriptions, headers, and section headers. It does not review the main body content of the page.
