Customize Session Duration

What is a session?

A session refers to a period of time that a user is logged into the Happeo app, either on the web or on mobile. 

A new session occurs when a user logs into the web app or opens the mobile app.

Default session duration

By default, the duration of a session on Happeo is 14 days. 

You can configure it between 1 hour and 30 days. We recommend 24 hours as the minimum to maintain a good user experience.

Customize session duration

To customize the session duration, as an Admin, you can:

1. Navigate to Admin settings
2. Go to Security
3. Then Session management
4. Click Edit
5. Type the value
6. Select the label

From here, you can also review the current session setting and by whom the session was last edited. 

Revoking all sessions refers to immediately logging out all users from your Happeo environment.
