What are the company branding options in Happeo?
Happeo offers a large set of tools to enhance your company's brand identity within the platform. You can customize various aspects, including colors, logos, fonts, and so much more! This allows you to integrate Happeo into your existing brand guidelines and create a cohesive user experience for your organization.
Colors and logos
This section allows you to personalize Happeo with your unique brand identity. Customize the following:
- Happeo name – Replace "Happeo" with your preferred company name or a relevant internal name
-
Colors:
- Primary color – Plays a significant role in the user interface. It is prominently featured in the main menu and serves as the default color for channels. To ensure optimal readability, the text color dynamically adjusts based on the primary color. If the primary color is dark, the text will appear white for better contrast. Conversely, if the primary color is light, the text will be dark to maintain visibility
- Secondary color – (Legacy)
- Color palette – This is available when creating content, such as posts or articles. It appears when selecting a text color. You can hover over a color to edit or delete it and drag and drop to rearrange the order
- Logo – The logo is displayed in the top left corner of your Happeo instance. This logo will be visible to all users of your Happeo environment
- Splash image – The background image of the welcome modal
- Favicon – The small icon that appears in browser tabs
- (Custom Branding Package only) Slack logo – This logo will appear in Slack notifications from Happeo (when the Happeo Slack bot is enabled). By setting an organization name and a Slack logo, you will receive notifications with your customized branding
Note: The logo changes will only take effect after a new message is sent through the Slack bot.
