How to log into Happeo
Happeo requires a Google Workspace or Microsoft account to access the platform. Here's how to sign in:
- Visit https://app.happeo.com (or your own Happeo URL) in your web browser.
- Click the Sign in button
If you're already signed in to your Google Workspace or Microsoft account in the same browser, Happeo will automatically log you in. Otherwise, you'll be redirected to the Google Workspace or Microsoft login page to enter your credentials.
Issues with logging in?
If you're unable to log in to Happeo, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Account provisioning: Your account may not have been properly set up in Happeo. This can happen if your account has not been invited or automatically synchronized from your company's directory
- Account status: Your account may have been unseated by your company's administrator, meaning you don't have an active license to use Happeo
- Application access: You may not have been granted the necessary permissions to access Happeo

Troubleshooting
Error message: "You don't have access to the application. (Your email address)"
This error message indicates that your account lacks the necessary permissions to access Happeo.
This error typically occurs when the initial account setup or user provisioning process did not include the necessary permissions for Happeo access.
To resolve this issue, please contact your IT/Help Desk team. They will be able to grant you the required permissions within your company's system.
