Login requirements

Happeo requires a Google Workspace or Microsoft account to log in. Go to (or your own Happeo URL) and click 'Sign in'.

If you've already logged in to your Google Workspace or Microsoft account, Happeo will log you in automatically. You'll be redirected to the Google Workspace or Microsoft login page if a sign-in is required.

Issues with logging in?

There are three main reasons for not being able to log into Happeo:

  1. Your account has not been provisioned (your account is not invited or automatically synchronized from your directory)
  2. Your account has not been given a seat (unseated by the admin) 
  3. You have not been granted access to the application

If you are facing any of these issues with logging in to Happeo, please get in touch with your IT team first. They will be able to check or adjust your login details and ensure you can access the application. If your IT team cannot resolve the issue, please have them contact our support team


I can’t log in to Happeo #1-#3

If you encounter a message stating, "You don’t have access to the application. (Your email address)," please be aware that this situation arises from lacking the necessary permissions to access the platform. 

Typically, this issue can be resolved by your local IT / Help Desk teams when they grant you the required permissions for platform access. This scenario specifically pertains to instances where the appropriate permissions are not in place to utilize the platform. In most cases, local IT / Help Desk teams can address this by providing the necessary access permissions.
