Benefits of migrating to Pages 2.0

Migrating to Pages 2.0 offers a smoother and more powerful way to build and maintain your intranet. You’ll gain access to:

  • Improved versions of your most-used widgets.
  • Enhanced performance for faster page loading and editing.
  • Streamlined usability that makes page creation more intuitive.

This ensures that your intranet pages remain engaging, accurate, and easy to update — a foundation for keeping employees aligned and informed.

Widgets in Pages 2.0

All core widgets from the legacy editor have now been rebuilt in Pages 2.0. This means you can keep creating the content and layouts your employees are familiar with, but in a more modern and stable environment.

Below is a widget translation guide to help you understand how original widgets map to their Pages 2.0 equivalents. Each widget name links to its dedicated help article, where you can learn more about settings and use cases.
